Book Joe - Speaking Engagement

For an Inspirational & Motivational experience, book Joe N. Johnson to speak to your small to medium-sized group (20 - 100 people) about Self-Development, Self-Improvement, Professional Development, Organizational Development as it relates to the Outdo Yourself Book, Course & Model!

What's Included:

SPEAKING ENGAGEMENT SERVICE AGREEMENT

In this agreement, 'The Customer' shall represent the person or entity seeking/booking, and/or utilizing the services being sought herein. 'The OYEA' shall represent The Outdo Yourself Education Academy, and 'Joe N. Johnson or Joe' shall represent the founder of The OYEA (Joe N. Johnson).

The customer shall select and receive from The OYEA, One Service Option from Category One, and One Service Option from Category Two, or Two Service Options from Category Two from the options listed below:

Both services selected must occur on the same calendar date. Additional service dates may be added for an additional per day fee. Each additional day of service paid for by the customer shall include category selections as described above.

Category One:

CO1 – A 'Keynote' Primary Speaking Engagement of up to 60 Minutes

CO2 – A Professional Consultation Session of up to 120 Minutes

CO3 – A Breakout Training Session of up to 90 Minutes

CO4 – A Unique / Customized Speaking Engagement of up to 60 Minutes

Category Two:

CT1 – A Featured Speech of up to 30 Minutes (Non-Keynote)

CT2 – A Panel Discussion Appearance of up to 90 Minutes

CT3 – A Professional Consultation Session of up to 120 Minutes

While the services listed above are explicitly described, Joe N. Johnson shall work with the customer to determine how the provision of the services shall be catered to fit the needs of the customer.

• The OYEA shall provide a seasoned speaker/trainer to provide said services.

• The speaker/trainer provided by The OYEA shall be Joe N. Johnson unless otherwise specified.
  

• The OYEA’s speaker/trainer will generally focus the content of his presentation on Self Improvement as it relates to the book ‘Outdo Yourself 10 Tips for Improving Your Life & Being Your Best Self’. The content and model of this book and course are vastly the scope of the service provision outlined herein.
  

• Joe N. Johnson shall arrive to the customers venue on time and fully prepared to render services as outlined herein and as planned with the customer.
  

• The Customer shall provide a venue which is commonly accepted as safe, secure, suitable, and equipped, for the provision of the services as outlined herein.
  

• The Customer shall render payment for said services prior to services being provided, generally at the time of booking.
  

• The OYEA shall provide the customer with a copy of this service agreement and a receipt of the payment for services.
  

• Joe N. Johnson shall provide professional services as described herein which demonstrate quality, and proficiency related to the subject matter.
  

• Due to the nature of the services listed herein, The OYEA does not issue refunds for services once services have been rendered.
  

• Both The OYEA/Joe N. Johnson and The Customer shall communicate with one another regularly and effectively to ensure that both are clear about service expectations including arrival times, venue locations, equipment needed, etc.
  

• The Customer agrees to not reproduce or distribute videos, or other media of Joe N. Johnson’s speaking engagements, trainings, or consultations, etc. with the customer as stand-alone material.

• With the execution of this agreement, the customer is granted a license to broadcast or re-broadcast Joe N. Johnson’s speaking engagement only as an inclusive part of the customer’s event. Meaning, the customer is not granted license to publish to the community Joe N. Johnson’s speaking engagement as a stand-alone act or performance to the general public.

• If Accommodations are necessary, The Customer agrees to provide reasonable private transportation to Joe N. Johnson from his accommodation location to and from the customer’s event each service day if requested by Joe N. Johnson.

• If requesting the customer to provide transportation, Joe N. Johnson agrees to book accommodations within 15 miles of the customer’s venue unless reasonable accommodations are not available within this range. In such case, accommodations shall be as close as possible to this range and Joe N. Johnson shall address this issue with the customer prior to the event date.

Number of Days of Service:

Use this information to determine what number of Days of Service you should select during checkout. Number of days of service are not the same as number of days of the actual speaking engagement.

For clarification:

Number of Speaking Days indicates the actual number of days of your event in which you would like for Joe to speak. In each speaking day, you are entitled to the aforementioned Service Options. (i.e.: each speaking engagement day, you are entitled to one option from category 1, and one from category two, or two options from category two)

Number of Days of Service indicates the number of days that Joe will be required to be away from his home base (Metro Atlanta, GA) in order to appear at your event and provide the service you requested. This includes the number of days he will be speaking, plus the number of additional accommodation days. Using the guide below, to determine your requested number of Days of Service.

Formula: (# of Speaking Days + # of Accommodation Days = Number of Days of Service)
