Our Life Coaching Services are ideal for people who want to improve in a specific area of life or who want to address a particular situation in life, etc.

What You Experience in Life Coaching with Palisades:

• Client often does not present for services having been diagnosed with a mental health condition.
• Client chooses the purpose of services and the areas of focus.
• Sessions are practical & action oriented.
• The Coach is active and directive and urges the client to readily practice new behaviors.
• The negative Impact of the client’s Mindset / Behaviors are explored.
• Immediate behavior change is at the center of attention.
• The client’s childhood history or upbringing is sometimes briefly explored.
• Focus is on recent/current behaviors versus on the past.
• The goal is rapid self-development and self-improvement.
• Individual, Couples, Family, or Group Format is available.
• Led by a Qualified Life Coach or a Mental Health Professional.
• An Action Plan is developed and provided to the client.
• All sessions last approximately 60 mins.
